Symptoms
After a successful installation either the site or Content Studio does not work.
Cause
This can be to a new security feature that allows an administrator to block certain web extensions such as Active server pages and Server side includes from running. This behavour is by design
Resolution
You might need to enable ASP and server side includes in the IIS adminstrative tools.
- Start the IIS manager tool
- Select the Web Service Extensions folder
- In the right pane you should see a list of extensions. Make sure that Active server pages and Server side includes are allowed and close the IIS manager.
